We know you expect the best out of us and that's what we're going to give you. Many places have ‘Graphic Designers’… part of what makes us stand out compared to others is our design process. Whether establishing brand identity, print marketing solutions, or web & social media presence, we take great pride in our design and work hard to offer you custom design solutions that set you apart in your industry. Here’s a step by step look at our process.

Print Process

1. Research
We learn about you, your competition, your industry and work closely with you to develop a unique & innovative design approach.

2. Concepts
Our team at LSG reviews our ideas and design strategies along with any ideas you may have and prepare to put them in to play.

3. Design
Now the fun begins! This is where we bring our ideas to life. Here vector art is created for logos and layouts are designed for other print collateral.

Color is also a significant factor in the design phase. We also develop consistant color pallets, complimentary to each other, based on their meaning, and that best represent you.

4. Proofs
PDF, JPEG or hard copy print proofs are initiated. Once you select a design or mix and match from a couple, we revise your content as needed to provide you a final design.

5. Prep
Once we receive your final design approval, we prep the final files for print.

6. Final Product
The moment you’ve waited for… You’re product is delivered! It’s
our goal to always turn projects in the timeframe needed.

If quality will be impacted or the project for some reason can not be run that quickly on press, we’ll let you know a head of time.

7. Feedback
Tell us how your new branding or print campaign did for your company. We value your relationship and are dedicated to helping you continue to grow and succeed in your industry. Your feedback also helps us continue to grow and evolve as a design company and better serve you and others.

Web Process

1. Research
We learn about you, your competition, your industry and work closely with you to develop a web strategy that best fits your company. We evaluate which web features may benefit you including blogs, call-out forms, newsletters, social media links, videos and more.

We check into domain registration if needed & discuss web hosting as well.

2. Site Map
First we build a site map so you understand the navigation of the site and how it will function. This also helps our team in the layout & design process.

3. Concepts
Our LSG team discusses design ideas, how they fit within the
framework of the sitemap, and how we could best put them into action while providing you a strong, successful impact in the online market.

4. Design
Time to put our ideas into motion by designing layouts for these
concepts ensuring your brand is promoted professionally through the design.

5. Proofs
PDF, JPEG or hard copy print proofs are initiated of web design layouts. Once you select a design we move to the Styling Step..

6. Styling & Build
Here we break down the design,  begin styling and building (or programming) the site. The duration of this step depends on the complexity of the site. You'll be given an estimated completion time when we start (and we always work to meet your deadlines).

7. Functionality Test
We test the functionality behind the site before adding the content.

8. Content
Here we add the juice that gives the site it’s life and meaning… the content.

9. Go Live!
That’s right… it’s time to launch your new or redesigned site!  Start promoting your new site via eblasts (email campaigns), print campaigns, and don’t forget to utilize your social
media… the fastest way to get your brand out there!

10. Feedback
We want to know how your new or updated website is working for your company. We value your relationship and are dedicated to helping you continue to grow and succeed. Your feedback also helps us continue evolve as a design company and better serve you and others. We appreciate any feedback you have for us.
