Natalie A. Lantz
Designer/President

Natalie has always had a passion for design. She attended Ohio University from 1993-1997 where she majored and received her B.A. in Visual Communication with a minor in History and was a 4 year letter winner for the Lady Bobcat Basketball Team. She then worked as a graphic designer at a packaging company in her home town of Shelby, Ohio. After 5 years of in-depth print design and web development work, she decided to start her own business. 

Natalie opened Lantz Star Graphics Ltd. in April of 2002 offering a plethora of services including complete branding and marketing solutions for print and web. The first couple years were spent developing a customer base and growing her business. Business has continued to thrive, expand and evolve to offer new products and services which better market clients in their prospective industries. Natalie is motivated and driven to be successful and to help her clients be successful. She enjoys working with all of her design and programming team members and contributes much of Lantz Star Graphics success to them. She believes in and promotes a team atmosphere and loves to take on new and exciting challenges and helping people find success. 

Outside of work, Natalie loves spending time with her friends, family, husband and two highly energetic and entertaining boys (ages 5 & 8). She also enjoys gardening, baling hay and playing sports with her boys. Natalie is the JV coach for the Shelby Girls Basketball Team (10 years), Shelby Rotary Club President, a Shelby YMCA board member,  Mansfield Referral Association member, and member of the Richland Area Chamber.

Rochelle Zuercher
Designer/Team Leader

Rochelle has been a graphic designer for over 4 years creating all types of print & web design. Always having a passion for fine art, she pursued a graphic design degree at Bowling Green State University where she received a BFA in Graphic Design. As the first resident within the cave, Rochelle assists the LSG team as a designer, conceptualizer, organizer, maker of lists, and managing various projects (hence the need for lists). She believes that experimentation plays a major role in pushing the boundaries of design and feels that it is important to be open-minded to new design ideas, as you never know what might catch your eye.

Outside of the office, and aside from the never-ending craft projects throughout her home, she coaches 8th grade girls basketball, attempts to be a runner (to try to keep up with her husband, Mike), watches DVR recordings of HGTV like it is a job, and plays golf in whatever free time is left.

Brad Stiteler
Graphic Designer

Currently in his fourth year with LSG, Brad serves the team as a designer, strategist, wordsmith, fixer/builder of various things & representative for the male gender. He earned his B.A. in Mass Communication from Wright State University where he was introduced to the world of design as a Sports Information Assistant for WSU Athletics. At LSG, Brad specializes in creating concepts that are print-based in nature while continuing to venture further into the world of web design, coding, and content management. He utilizes his skills as a communicator to strengthen the cave-dweller community by delivering creative & effective designs.

The establishment of quality interaction with the client is something that Brad takes great value in. He is a firm believer that really taking time to get to know a client, their business, goals, and mission will ultimately lead to an incredible final product and a rewarding, long-lasting relationship.

Brad resides in Shelby, Ohio. He and his fiance, Leslie, plan to be married in May of 2012. An avid sports enthusiast, Brad enjoys obsessively following Cleveland-based sports teams (mainly the Indians), softball, fishing, golfing & adding to his collection of sports memorabilia.

Nicole R. Dawson
Graphic Designer 

Nicole joined the Lantz Star Graphics in 2009, just shortly after she finished her Bachelor's degree at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She knew she always had a passion for art and being creative, but it wasn't until her first year of college that she knew she wanted to focus on graphic design for a career.  Nicole has a modern eye for design and is always coming up with new and fun marketing ideas. Her enthusiam for design is catchy and inspiring to her team. 

Away from the office, she spends her evenings making crafts with her furry, four-legged friend, Reece. Nicole also loves music and enjoys watching Big Brother with her husband.

Ed Houston
Technical Guru

After receiving his B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Ed has spent the last 20 years in various roles including engineer, product manager, and web developer.
